1. 95% Vegan diet for the first several months.  Organically grown produce only.

2. Juicing – up to 13, 8oz. glasses per day – The Gerson Therapy recommends the NorWalk Juicer for best results.
3/4 Carrots + 1/4 Apples ~ Also Carrots and green Veggies

3. Coffee Enemas – up to 5 per day.
