Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Part 1

Remember when you were a kid and your Mom would clean all of your scrapes, cuts and wounds with hydrogen peroxide? I remember my Mom doing this, as I felt the sting and then watched the tiny white bubbles form on the wound.

Later on in life, I learned that H2O2 is not only a powerful wound cleaner but is also a powerful healer!

A little book called, The Peroxide Story by George Borell, says this >>

“H2O2 is a natural substance found in the human body, in mother’s milk, in rain and snow. It is abundant and occurs naturally in the fruits and vegetables we eat…unless it is destroyed by cooking it! Until it is consumed, peroxide remains in fresh foods to help preserve them until they are eaten; then the molecules of oxygen and water are absorbed into the tissues of the body. Unlike the oxygen that we breathe, this nascent form of oxygen cleanses the body of natural forms of toxins and helps it to fight off infection, helps the friendly bacteria in our gut to maintain a smooth household…free of parasites, fungus, yeast, viruses, harmful bacteria etc..”

Food-Grade hydrogen peroxide one of the only effective germ-killers that is completely non-toxic and safe to be taken internally as an additive to food or drink. It offers a holistic approach without harm to any organ or bodily function; and cost far less than prescription drugs.

We use food-grade H2O2 in our home for a vast array of things.  You can find 3% H2O2 at any store…however, you would want to use this type with caution around any food or in/on your body because it is not Food-Grade and contains chemical stabilizers.

Here are some Fun Tips for using Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide with your family and in your home >>

#1 ) Cleansing H2O2 Bath ~ when feeling achy or sick…put 3-4 ounces of 35% food-grade H202 into your warm bath water and soak for at least 30 minutes.  It will draw out toxins from your body and will bathe your body in oxygen!

#2) In the Ears ~ use a cotton swab or drop 1-2 drops of a 3% to 6% solution of H2O2 in the ears to prevent colds, flu, ear infections or sinus issues.  Or while laying on one side, squirt 3% into the ear canal and let it fizz for 5 minutes or so.  You can safely increase this solution to a 6% solution as well.

#3)  Dental Care ~  put 1Tbs. into an 8oz. glass of water and brush your teeth with it.  You can also swish this around in your mouth for a minute or so to kill any bacteria around your teeth.  Watch for the tiny bubbles!

#4) Washing Fruits and Veggies ~ put 1 Tbs of 35% H2O2,in a sink of water and let the produce soak for 10 to 20 minutes. You can also do this when soaking beans or nuts in a bowl of water.  It will help get rid of any fungus, molds or mycotoxins etc…  You can see this working by the foam that appears on the surface of the water.



How To Dilute >> 35% Food-Grade H2O2:

To make a 3% solution – 11 parts water to 1 part 35% H2O2

To make 6 solution – 6 parts water to 1 part 35% H2O2
